Ted Ho, CEO (Co-Founder) – Ted has over 20 years experience leading large and small engineering teams for consistent on-time execution of complex, leading-edge technology projects. Prior to joining Gigamon, Ted was the Vice President of Engineering at Network Associates, where under his leadership the Distributed Sniffer product line was developed, launched and is now generating more than $170M worth of revenues annually. Ted is a result-driven senior executive with extensive experience in building engineering organization, methodology and process. Ted holds a Master of Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and a B.S. from the National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan.

Patrick Leong, CTO (Co-Founder) – Patrick is the key designer of multiple successful telecom and network analyzer products that have generated substantial revenues over the years. Prior to joining Gigamon, he was a Principal Engineer at Ciena (starting with Cyras before it was acquired), where he lead the engineering efforts in developing the company’s metro data products. Patrick also performed technical due diligence for Ciena in acquisition and partnering. Before Ciena, Patrick was the Manager of High Speed Products at the Sniffer Division of Network Associates, where he was in charge of the development of WAN and Gigabit Ethernet Sniffers. A physicist by training, Patrick understands a broad range of technologies and has a track record of taking products from inception to market in a timely manner. Patrick holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Columbia University and is an inventor of multiple patents.

Aidan Cullen, CFO – Aidan is a finance executive who has over 27 years of Finance and Administration experience at both private and public companies. Prior to joining Gigamon, Aidan served as Chief Financial Officer for Sylantro Systems, where he helped build the business model and infrastructure to scale with operational effectiveness in delivering results, and oversaw Sylantro’s merger with Broadsoft, as well as management of IT, Sales Operations, Finance and Administration for the company. He also served as the CFO at Tasman Networks, where he oversaw Tasman's merger with Nortel Networks, and as CFO for Monterey Design Systems. Aidan's international experience includes serving in senior finance positions at high tech companies including Digital Equipment Corp., JTS Corporation and Mentor Graphics, both in Europe, Asia Pacific and in the United States. Aidan earned his MBA from Northeastern University.

King Won, VP of Product and Services (Co-Founder) – King has spent more than 18 years in networking product and standards development. Before Gigamon, King spent 8 years at Sniffer Technologies/Network General as an engineering director, working with highly motivated and talented teams in architecting, developing and delivering successful products including Gigabit Ethernet Sniffers, ATM Sniffers, and high performance forensic network data recorders. Previously King was in product development at Sytek/Hughes LAN Systems working with Cable/RF LAN and bridging/switching products. King also worked many years at Intel, including its LAN division as well as its internal magnetic bubble memory startup. King holds several patents in networking and a BSEE degree from UC Davis.

Thomas Cheung, VP of Engineering (Co-Founder) – Thomas was the star hardware designer for a successful venturebacked networking startup named Cyras which was acquired by Ciena in late-2000 for $2 Billion. At Ciena, he was responsible for the hardware development and on-time delivery of many successful telecom and datacom subsystem products including Ethernet Transport LAN Service Module, Low Speed Add-Drop Module and Gigabit Ethernet Bridging Module. Thomas has extensive experience in a wide range of engineering activities including defining functional and interface specifications for new products, component selection, circuit design, schematic capture, supervision of PCB layout, bringing-up and troubleshooting prototypes, and ensuring successful EMC, UL and NEBS compliance. Thomas has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the San Jose State University.

Mike Hoffman, VP of Sales (North American) - Mike specializes in data network analysis and monitoring. He has sold a variety of networking products as an independent Manufacturers Representative and as a Value Added Reseller. Before joining Gigamon, Mike was the Vice President of Enterprise Sales for MRV Communications. He pioneered a new sales structure that increased channel sales 158% and reduced average direct sale discounts by 29%. Mike’s leadership as Regional Director helped drive Fluke Networks from a promising division of Fluke Corporation to an over $500M standalone company. Mike served 8 years in the US Navy’s Advanced Electronics Field. After completing two tours in Operation Desert Storm, he was recognized by the Secretary of the Navy and was hand-selected for Instructor duty at the Navy’s Combat Systems Technical School. Mike holds a BA and MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Kevin Jablonski, VP of Marketing and Business Development - Kevin has enjoyed nearly three decades in the hi-tech industry. He has been instrumental in helping businesses create and understand data and voice technologies and their importance to their customer’s bottom-line performance. He began his career with the Marine Corps where he managed the deployment of early warning detection and surveillance equipment around the globe. After his military service, he worked for Hewlett Packard and Hughes Communications. He has been successful in taking new concepts and incorporating their value into other offerings to enhance the customer experience. He has built many relationships with corporations including Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, AT&T, and EMC. Kevin keeps his knowledge current through affiliations with the Project Management Institute, Association of IT Professionals and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He attended Santa Clara University where he pursued his Masters of Science in Engineering Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science from DeVry Institute of Technology.
